If you own a 30DS I suggest that you check the wiring harness between the slide and the rear of the motorhome (inside) to be sure it isn’t positioned to get caught in the upper track and jamb in the motor.
We are sitting in Tuba City, AZ with the slide half out and inoperable because the wiring harness got caught in the track when extending out and has severed the harness and jammed the motor.
The slim rack slide system does not have a manual override to move it inward and unjam the motor/track and the nearest road service is 75 miles away in Flagstaff.
I’ll start making a replacement harness shortly after visiting AutoZone and see if we can get this slide to retract. Poor design and quality.
If someone is in your FR3 and can take a photo of the harness and how it’s routed, I would appreciate it. Unless I have success with the homemade harness, I’ll be here awhile 🤬
