30DS Fuse Locations & Functions

Does anyone have a complete list of the locations and functions of all the fuses on the 2023 30DS?

My immediate problem is that the Winegard WiFi/internet module is not working. There is no WiFi originating from it. Removing the unit, I see no power on the 12V power connector. So I am looking for the fuse for this unit.

I do not know if this unit never worked, or if it used to work and stopped working at some point.

Regards.

Rescue Dogs: Did the dealer you purchased this unit from walk you through the operation of this unit? There is a switch behind the flip up TV that powers the amplifer. There should have been a Thumb drive (looks like a little FR3) on a key loop that contains all the manuals for your unit, it would have been in th satchel in the unit when you purchased it.
Hope this helps.

Thanks Barry. I will look for the switch in the compartment behind the TV.

I did get the thumb drive. It contained all the manuals, but not much specific to the 30DS. The one "Service Location" document was obviously outdated. It showed the generator in the compartment below the slide. It is actually located in the most aft compartment. Looking at it just now, it shows only "TV Jack & Antenna Booster" inside that cabinet.

Yes, the dealer did walk us through the motorhome and my ribs are still hurting from it -- my spouse elbowed me in the ribs every time I was ready to open my mouth to point out some obviously incorrect information that the guide was telling us.

I will review the video I made of the walk-through and see if the information is there and I just overlooked it.

Regards.

Sometimes good ole conversation can open alot of doors and lend itself to clearer dialog, more specific answers.
We, myself and my 2 peers, train and support the sales outlets that sell our products though-out north America. That being said there may be some have been properly trained or are not up to speed with current or accurate information about our product and we need that info to address those deficiencies.
I look forward to speaking with you soon.
Best Regards, Barry

Thanks Barry. It was a pleasure talking with you. I really appreciate all your help with the various issues.

Regarding the switch....

I looked and did not find the switch. I composed a post saying so.

Before hitting "Submit Reply", I decided I better go back and make sure, so I do not look like an idiot. Again no switch.

Again, before hitting "Submit Reply", I decided that I should include what I did find in the cabinet.

This time I went out with a flashlight and noticed that the black antenna plate, in a dark colored cabinet, had some writing on it. Antena plates from Home Depot do not have writing on them! Looking at the writing, it was Winegard logo.

Oh, so this must be the switch. But there is no switch. Looking really closely at the plate, I could finally see two black columns poking out with text underneath them. Those are the elusive switches!

They are labeled: Antena Amplifier power and WiFi Amplifier Power. When you press them, a green LED turns on.

With the WiFi Amplifier Power switch on, the Winegard unit has power.

If it had not been pointed out to me, I would have never found it, especially when both LEDs are off.

Thanks Barry for your help.
