32ds slide trim weatherstripping

Shortly after purchasing New the living room slide weatherstripping began to Act up. As you can see in the first picture it is torn bad that is the front. The other two pictures are of the rear and it is mangled torn and partially detach top and bottom. Does anyone know how much would entail replacing theses? Are they really needed? Slides are not overused and I am surprised they have torn so soon replacing with same stuff to do again seems foolish even the bedroom slide is beginning to tear.

Is it still under warranty? The rubber may have dried out and instead of flexing it has torn.

I believe what you are holding is the "D" seal. They just snap into a channel but they won't stay if there's any stress/bend/deflection in the material. I reluctantly glued mine in place after unsuccessfully snapping the top of my living slide back in twice only to have it come back off. You can also buy new material.

If it's the face of the "D" seal torn away, you need to replace.

Pretty sure they are important sealing the slide to the motorhome when closed.
