Bunk over cab broken

So the bunk over the cab came down once and never ever went back up again. Turns out... the brackets on the sides of the bunks twisted.. anybody else have this problem? Extended warranty says they only fix the mechanical side of it. Forest river won’t respond ..

Yes I had this same problem. Already fixed under warranty. I’m wondering if brackets twist while driving.

We had a guy look at it... Turns out it's a problem with the bolts used... They aren't long enough to activate the lock nuts
