Change roller on a FR3 2015

Hi. Just wondering if any of you had to change some rollers on their slide out. The other day I asked my spouse to open the dinette slide while I was checking the roller. 4 out of 4 did not roll. The slide was sliding on the rollers. Also the bottom of the dinette has mark from the rollers. How do I change the rollers or is there a way to get them to roll again? Is in it strange that all 4 aren't rolling? I could understand if one wasn't but all 4?? Tks
