Dash radio/DVD battery usage

2 questions when camping/parked & on 30A shorepower:
  • Does the dash radio/DVD pull juice from the engine battery or house batts? If so, can we watch DVDs and listen to radio for a week?
  • Is the engine batt topped off by the converter?

that's 3 questions

We had the same question while at the Goshen Rally this year. Asked the Forest River Technician and he stated the engine battery will stay charged by the converter while plugged in to shore power. Did not ask the radio battery question, but always wondered. Guess you could turn on the radio and then disconnect the engine battery to see if it is still playing.
