Does anyone know what this switch does?

I flipped a switch close to above the stove and it turns on the fr3 Light under the TV and then I get a strange clicking sound. Any ideas what this is? 2015 FR3 30DS

I have a 2019, but it looks similar to mine it only operates the lights. Clicking noise seems odd, ive read where LED lights make clicking sounds google Why do my LED bulbs make a clicking noise might help point you in the right direction

As you already determined, that switch just turns on the decorative light on the TV, which some people use as a nightlight. But there shouldn't be any clicking noise. Could that noise be "sparking", like a short circuit happening?
