Dusting and cleaning dashboard

Will be taking my 2018 30DS out of storage in a few weeks. The dash has gotten quite dusty over the winter months as you'd expect. I use a ShopVac with a long extension to pick up what I can but was wondering what to use to clean it thoroughly after vacuuming that will reach all the way to the front window. I was thinking of maybe spraying Windex on a sponge mop or maybe attaching cleaning wipes to a sponge mop with rubber bands? Don't want to do any damage to the vinyl material. Thanks.

Was able to use disinfectant wipes (without bleach) to reach the entire dashboard and make it nice and clean. I first vacuumed with a long handled ShopVac to remove the loose dust. Worked well!
