Fantastic Fan and Micro/convection Oven

Two more upgrades complete! Fantastic Fan with variable speed and remote in kitchen area. Unit was pre-wired.
Changed out the little microwave oven for a micro/convection unit. Had to make the hole just a little bigger to accommodate the larger oven but will be so worth it. We use our convection at home much more than the microwave.
Camping World needs to quit having all these great sales! :-)Click image for larger version

Fantastic Fan....how does it work?

I have the same model by the looks of the control you are showing, but I have no manual and I'm wondering why it defaults to manual mode whenever I turn it on. To me it should default to Auto mode and I haven't figured out what all the settings are or how they work....again since I didn't get a manual and I've looked online, but can't seem to find one on there either.

Any help would be greatly appreciate.

Thanks.....Joe

We just tried the fan for the first time this weekend. It worked fine. When we turned it on it defaulted to auto mode at about 70 degrees. I'll put a copy of the manual for that page on here when we get back home.

I would like to know what the brand and model was for the microwave you removed as well as what model for the convection oven.
Thanks

The little microwave that came factory installed that we removed was Atwood. That is the same brand as the stovetop/oven. The convection/microwave that we put in is a Dometic, the same model as the refrigerator. It is Model DCMC11B.F. We bought it at Camping World.

JEGNCJG, could I have a favor please? My High Pointe died and it looks like the Dometic DCMC11B.F is the only thing out there remotely close in size, but I'm finding conflicting trim kit width info on the internet. My Sunseeker is really tight on the width and I'm maxed out at 24-3/4". Can I ask what you measure as the outside width?

Very nice, how easy or hard was it to install the fan? Was it difficult to wire it up.

The outside width measures 24 3/16 outside trim edge to edge.
