I've been trying thru my authorized FR Service Center to get parts for my FR3. My service tech has emailed them numerous times, called as well, so i've been told, but no one returns an email or a call back. Anyone else having this problem? Anybody got an FR3 POC that i can call?
I know last week at our brand factory parts were on inventory for at least 3 days, not sure if it were at all locations as well, if so there may be a back log they are catching up on with calls and emails.

I spoke with a customer service agent in Elkhart at Forest River last week. Placed order over the phone and they were delivered to my door yesterday. They were shut down for about two months so I am sure they are in catch up mode.
