The plan moving forward is to have a little more access to the designers/engineers/sales people of FR3 and Georgetown.

Over the next few months we will be assigning individuals to monitor and respond here on the forums, just as we have on other Forest River motorized brand pages. Finding the right people is key...so it may start slowly.

In the meantime, we will be posting more videos, "How To's" and updates on our Facebook page.

Just on a side note, I would like to throw a massive kudos your way. If Forest River can put a "face" on this forum for each of its lines like you have done for Dynamax, you're going to have a lot of happy campers!! (pun intended, of course . . .)

Yes. Each division has been asked to offer this service, but how they handle it is up to them.

Mike is on the service side, so he will be monitoring and responding. I also think an engineer is monitoring, though all replies may come through Mike.

Class C and Class A guys, their service is handled out of offsite building, so they may have sales monitor and respond...loop other guys in as needed.
