FR3 2015 25' slideout roller jamming

Just wondering if any of you had issue with roller jamming. Its kind of odd that I would have 3 roller out of 4 under mar slide kitchen jamming. When I open my slide I can see the roller not rolling on 3 out of 4 roller. How do you unjam these and what type of oil or grease should I use?

Id not use any grease yet I would recommend you contact Forrest River Customer Service I know your Rig may be out of warranty, but I had similar questions. They were very responsive.
They can give you factory advice on what to do and NOT to do. Slides are something Id not want to experiment with unless I knew what problems I could cause.
At least that was my experience.
