FR3 33DS TV question

We cannot remove the TV above the fireplace to get to the HDMI connections. We were able to reach in the breadbox, remove the wood panel behind the TV and connect one HDMI plug but would like to see and reach all other connections. Was told by Forest River that we could lift the TV straight up to disconnect but our dealer and Camping World could not. Has anyone had success? Thank you Jacky

The first time I lifted the TV, it was real tight to lift. It is straight up about an inch. I think I had to kind of jerk it up to dislodge it from the mount.

Since then, it has been easy to lift up and pull out to get behind it.
