FR3 discrepancies?

I have been looking at FR3 at local dealer and online and noticed model discrepancies. Why is it 2014 models have a 30DS and 30D. My local (La Mesa in ABQ) dealer only explanation was they do not know why, stronger chassis, somebody forgot to install the sticker for letter S, and came off during assembly power wash. I'm thinking, if the manufacturer forgot to install a sticker on unit, what else could be missing? Well one unit shower wrap around wall came off due to heat and adhesive is not longer working. Screws are installed in wall but I concerned with moisture plus you could see very clearly shower wall is not flush with wall behind it. Also noticed some kind of trim laying on seat for dining table. Do they even have a QA inspector at manufacturer? If you look at shower pictures online you will notice many units shower wall is starting to come off, not perfectly attached to wall, flush due to foam strip adhesive failing.

Wow. Just went to their web site. I believe that is a misprint at 30D. The only FR3 I am aware of is a 30DS. There is nothing missing and I have personally toured the Forest River factory. I don't understand the discrepancies in the milage on the new units. They range from 1200 to 1800. You would think it is the same distance from Indiana to the La Mesa dealership. No matter what manufacture you choose they ALL have QC issues. The key is to find a good dealership that fixes things properly. Every motor home I have purchased has had some sort of issue. Some more significant than others, but it is the nature of the beast.

The FR3 floor plan 30DS is the correct labeleing. Forest River did produce many of them labeled a 30D, your not being steered wrong here, was a manufacturing misprint
