I checked today on the Ford Owner site, using my VIN, the program does not appear for my F53 (2015 chassis). I can find it by searching on Customer Satisfaction Programs, for the F59 chassis, but not F53. I am interested because I was on a trip a few weeks back and the orange wrench light came on mysteriously, and the FR3 would not engage the cruise control, I guess it was in limp home mode. It cleared up after I pulled over and turned the engine off and restarted. I checked with a code reader and there were no codes set.
I did the same search. I have a 2016 Georgetown GT3 which is practically an FR3. My window sticker says I have an F550 final assembly in Detroit. When I put my VIN in for a recall it returned no recalls and identified my rig as a 2016 F53. What is the difference between an F550 and an F53. No where on my window sticker is it described as an F53.
