FR3 no DC unless hooked up to 110v

I have a 2016 FR3. Battery power not working. DC works when hooked up to 110. When off nothing. Pulled batteries and they are charged. Breakers and fuses look ok. Any ideas?

Silly question, but do you have a battery disconnect switch? Usually look like this.

My granddaughter must have tripped it. Thanks for the help. Feel stupid, but got all the batteries checked. Better to learn in the driveway than the backwoods!

yes, that 'disconnect' switch can be a little allusive, and a little confusing, as, in certain situations, like yours, you can be plugged into 120v power, hit the switch, and yet it seems as if nothing has changed.
The moment you 'unplug', though, suddenly you think you're House battery(s) is dead, or something is 'wrong'... when it's simply a switch in the 'down' position, even though it's a 'momentary' switch, and always returns to the 'center', where it's not readily evident.

(not to mention that these switches are in different places in different RVs, look differently depending on the design, and can easily be 'accidentally' switched without realizing it!)
