It was from Lowes, like the automotive drawers I think. A countersunk phillips w/washer was used on both locations. So far, I've just wrapped the paracord, tighten it down and trimmed the paracord. It seems like its holding just fine. Got the idea from another forum where they used a flat nylon strap instead.

Hey Kansas
In the photo of the door stop cord I noticed you have more cords on your entrance door window. Is that for a removable black out shade?

Nothing gets by you guys! Kinda sorta, I cut out a reflective bubble wrap to slide behind the string that I strung. Just loosen up the screws slightly, wrap some string around the screw and torque them back down. Works good enough.

Might be better if you glue some small magnets onto the four corners of the frame, then have some black out cloth between another set of small magnets...food for thought. Good luck with whatever project your thinking about.

Nice add....

Hey what kind of devise mounts are those on the dash next to the console?...
I'm looking to mount my iphone somehow and I just bought a Garmin RV GPS and need to mount it someplace too...

I really like the idea you had on that little table.

I feel you KansasFR3. I just came in from the FR3 after completing the sanitizing of the fresh water tank again. I had to pour the Clorox solution into the hose (many times) to pump into the tank. Then I came in and read your post. ARRRGGG!!!! NOW! guess what mod I will be doing before I go through that again. Thanks for the tip.

Twojump36, it's the iOttie Easy Touch Pad holders for the iPhone and iPad Mini I drive with. I use The app Waze as my GPS on the iPad. These holders are great - even on the bouncy FR3 dash, they stay attached.

We've also added several. We tinted the windows and added the eyebrow to the front - air compressors, macerator, soap dispensers in shower , replaced all speakers plus added two in br, and a sub as well as a Bluetooth controller outside. Hubs added blind spot indicators, a camera w Dvr for front and bigger indicator lights on front corners (Peterbilt) back up leds, back up sensors, led lighting in cabinets and entry. Also the color change led strip lighting to add underneath for nighttime use. In house vac. New batteries. Sumo springs and chf. Hose adaptor and 20 ft hose for propane grill. Shade extension on order - I think that's it for now haha - oh we also added a screen door bar as I've pulled the plastic thing several times trying to catch the door. And we've added several flamingos and a lighted palm tree to the stock of needed items. and a bike rack to the rear ladder. It's too many photos to post all of it

I can have hubby take pics of wiring if you like (I'm clueless there) but speakers run to the main unit inside and can be used for movies/stereo etc like the originals they or can be switched for use by phone or other Bluetooth device using the BT receiver. We added a switch to dash so the speakers outside can play music from our devices and the inside can watch a movie or listen to diff music as well at the same time

More than I bargained for

Just completed following to 2014 FR3 31'

Convert to 50 Amp Serv.
3 /100 watt solar panels with controller
2000 watt inverter
2 6 volt batteries in series with 12 volt in parallel
Bogart Battery monitor
Second air conditioner
Have not changed out Generator / thus need to be land based to operate both Air units/ Not sure I will change this

Removed front couch/bed and booth/ Replaced with two small recliners and 2 person/desk table

Replaced/upgraded all speakers

Yes, all this was an adventure ! I will provide pictures

Pleased with result but not for the faint of heart.
