Front Headlight Problem

On my 2019 FR 3 30 DS, the front passenger "driving light" (not the headlight bulb) goes dim then back bright then dim and back bright intermittently only when the RV is underway. It operates correctly when the RV is stationary. The whole headlight assembly has been replaced and both the electrical connections to the bulbs are tight, but the change didn't correct the daylight "driving light" problem. I suspect there is a intermittent grounding problem somewhere in the wiring harness system for that light because of bumpy roads. I have checked all the connections in the Battery Control Center and everything is good and tight there. Before I try and trace the wiring back through the big factory wiring harness ( I don't look forward to that) is there a central grounding point that anyone knows about?

Has anyone else had this kind of problem before and what was the solution?
