My generator runs. But dosent seem to actually power anything. Or charge battery is there a switch somewhere I missed. I'm new to this and I've had nothing but trouble. My batteries go dead even though I'm running the generator. I have a 2019 fr3

Is the shore power cable plugged into the electrical receptacle in the electric compartment?

Did you find the breaker switch on the generator? My Onan 4K has the switch on the left side of the oil filler. You probably have the larger generator and it would be down there somewhere.

I had the same issue with my 17FR3, I forgot i had to plug in when running generator. in the rear storage area where your shore power cable is, there is a receptacle where you plug in your power cable when running generator. hopefully this will fix issue.

yep, one of the most common 'wonders' of the use of the generator is why the coach is still not getting any 120v power while it is running... the generator has it's own breaker(s) on the generator itself - they may be tripped...
also, some coaches require you to plug your Shore Power cable into an outlet in the shore power storage bay, in order for the generator's power to flow into the coach's electrical panel, since the coach has no internal ATS(automatic transfer switch). It's a 'manual' thing.

If you fill out a signature line it will print automaticly and you won't have to tell us what you have each time.
Did you find the circuit breaker in the generator???? Can you plug into shore power to charge your batteries?

2019 FR3... Didn't the dealer go over these important items and show you how they work?
I'm still amazed at the amount of folks who buy a R/V without knowing how to use items or know whether things operate correctly before ever leaving the lot?

I'm amazed that they don't at least try all things at home before venturing out into the world.

well, because it's just not how the 'real world' works... you have time constraints, pressure, and a lot of 'unknown' questions when you are first purchasing an RV...and sometimes the second and third purchase, even.
RVs are complicated - they are not just an automobile you jump into and drive away, though sometimes we think that.
You don't really 'know' the questions you need to ask, and you don't really 'know' what the person is telling you, because it doesn't yet register as something important that you really need to 'know' about...it should just work automatically, right?!
Learning is not just listening.. it's doing.
