Gray sponges (?) on slide rail have fallen out

Over the past year that we've owned our 33DS, these gray pieces (image attached) have fallen off of the slide rails. I assume they dry the rails off when the slide is retracted but aren't really adhered to anything. I believe that this was the last one to fall off.

Is them falling off anything to worry about?

I think they are more there to stop drafts when extended as well as stop any intrusion of road spray or dust when driving in the rain or on dusty roads.

You might take a look here to see if Lippert Parts Store has replacements:

The manuals for Slide-Outs are located here and they might have a parts list/diagram for your slide-out;

Looks like they have felt pads as replacements for my slide system but they aren't clear as to where they go or what their official purpose is.

Please reach out to Nicholas Hoover in our service and warranty department at 574-206-7600. He will be able to advise you on the official purpose of the felt pads on the slide system.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

I used to be in regular contact with him via email but the replies eventually stopped. I assume I was sending too many emails for even smaller issues, so I stopped.

I spoke with Nicholas this morning about the felt pads, and he asked that you give him a call so that he could speak with you about it.
