*Waves* from a little to the east of you (STL proper), Scott, even though this is a year late. We followed the same path (literally) to a 235S Roo from RVW (who were accommodating in a way that the locals couldn't even approach). Love this post - detailed and interesting, showing the good, the bad and the ugly. Thanks so much for the effort!

Better but still not what I was hoping for. At least now with all the extra tubing I can vent the heat out into the room instead of just along side the bed. LOL And on really cold nights I just run the tube under the blankets!

A while back, you posted about Android Auto disconnecting. Ours has been unreliable since day one.
Finally, we took a look at how the cable is connected to the unit. There's a cover behind the screen that covers a simple USB port.
We've left the cover off and plugged our USB cable straight into it. Only tested it briefly, but it seemed to work fine. Will further test it tomorrow during a 300~ mile drive.

That worked for mine as well. After about 4500 miles on mine I've pretty much decided I'd rather have my map on my phone with the phone sitting down in the rack. I then use the audible directions through the bluetooth and leave the toad displayed on the rear camera at all times.

One year in overall very happy with the purchase. Most recent issue was switch failure of the bathroom vent fan. I've been wanting to replace it anyway so this was a good time to do it.

Not to hijack the thread again but it turns out Android Auto still has issues when plugged directly into the head unit's USB port on the back of the screen.
AA worked for about 10 seconds then turned off. I'll try a factory reset when we get parked for the week.
Immediate edit: Looks like the cable matters. I thought an official Samsung cable would work fine but I guess not. Used a OnePlus cable and it seems to be perfect.

Ditto. Our guest bath fan switch would only work intermittently. Sometimes, the fan would come on by itself. A quick trip to the hardware store to replace the switch and we’re good, again.
Well, actually, I’m good. My wife still can’t reach any of the vent fan switches!

AC-rated switches on DC circuits

Not sure why this keeps happening, but designers continue to keep using switches rated for AC on DC circuit applications. And they keep failing. In our case, they are ceiling fans in our 38-foot destination trailer. The switches are embedded in a control with circuitry for three speeds and reversing. The replacement controller is $47 at eTrailer. The switch for the controller is a dollar or two.

I considered replacing the switch but really wanted a bigger badder fan that moves some air. I'm pretty anal when it comes to humidity so when the shower is in use I'm moving a lot of air through that area. Vent open with fan on, AC on if it's warm outside, and an additional small box fan sitting on the shelf pointed towards the shower. No humidity here! LOL
BTW after the first week the replacement fan is awesome!

Replaced that crappy waterfall faucet in the bathroom. Links in the video description. Now with the bathroom ceiling vent fan and the faucet both upgraded I've addressed two of my biggest annoyances.
