Ladder Bike Rack

We currently have our bikes on a car rack on the toad, but after 7 months of full-timing we are thinking it may be easier to have the bikes on the RV instead.

Which ladder bike racks is everyone using? We have a 2015 30DS.

We purchased a Surco Bike Rack model number 501BR sold buy Amazon Prime. We bought this since the extensions can be folded out of the way when you need to use the ladder. I did a review of this bike rack and it received excellent reviews. the only reason I purchased this on Amazon Prime was the free shipping we get when items are ordered.

This is an alternative setup to a ladder rack. We have our mountain bikes on a rack on the Jeep, and road bikes on this rack on the RV. Thule rack for RV required a minor mod (new hole for locking pin) in order to be able to stow towbar when not in use.
