On my 2018, it is in the house battery compartment.

I would recommend checking the main breaker in the battery compartment (has a red wing arm that pops out). If that is ok, I would recommend calling 574-206-7600 and have them go over the details for you.
Thanks a lot,
Brent Shuttleworth

If the jacks are down and you need to retract them there are postings and YouTube to help you if you are handy.

Sometimes the on button has to be pressed for a few seconds. The parking brake may or may not have to be set for the button to come on but the ignition switch at least has to be on (engine running or not) for the on button to illuminate. The circuit breaker shown in the posts is for the motor (pump) power and if tripped will not keep the power button from illuminating.

Upper rear left corner of battery compartment in my 2021 30DS. It's the skinny red triangular shaped thing that'll be extended out. Mine has popped once also. Reset and never another problem since.

When it tripped did the control panel power button illuminate and the jacks just didn't operate or did the power button not illuminate?

If I remember right the control panel was still getting power but there was just a lot of random flashing lights. At first I was thinking the panel was bad.

The OP's issue is that the on button will not illuminate (system won't turn on). I think the ignition switch on provides 12Vdc to the leveling system controller via one of the fuses in the battery control center box. That 12Vdc sets the logic for the system to turn on. The leveling system control panel is interconnected with the controller by data bus cable. I think.

Nope, I'm wrong. The BCC does not have the fuse for the controller/ control panel. Disconnecting the large connector at the hydraulic reservoir did not allow the system to power up (on button did not illuminate). That connectors harness does go to the controller. I don't know from where that 12Vdc power originates. Most likely from the coach batteries but don't know where and don't know if there is a fuse inline.

Yep. The OP also asked where the fuse/breaker is. I'm just relaying my experience and something they could check that's simple to look at. Beyond that I'm not sure. I'd guess a panel failure isn't that uncommon either.
