Norcold Refrigerator Not Working

We just returned from a week long trip in our 2020 FR3 30DS. When we plugged into the 30amp service at our home the display on the refrigerator didn’t come on even when pushing the on/off button. The unit has worked fine over the course of 5 trips and each time we’ve plugged it into our 30amp service at home to prep for trips. I checked the breakers and all seems good, I’m not sure where the fuses are located, the owners manual is not specific to the 2020 FR3 30DS. Any suggestions?

In my 2018 FR3 I've got a fuse panel just underneath the bed with fuses for a variety of the larger appliances. Also a smaller fuse (5amp?) in the rear of the fridge when you take off the outside panel, but not sure what it's for.

I have a 2019 32DS. The fridge will run on electric ONLY when plugged into shore power or when generator is being run. Otherwise when it is turned on it will run on the propane. I’d think that the only time a blown fuse would be an issue is if it will not run while on propane with the batteries powering the fan and lights. Otherwise all of the electrical power to the fridge should be coming through a circuit breaker. Will yours operate on the propane when you try it?- maybe start the troubleshooting there, and if it won’t then my advice would be to have dealer or professional look at it presuming still under warranty. But if it will run on propane it might just be a simple AC power issue that can be easily found and remedied, like loose wire or bad breaker.

Bill above is correct and how Id approach it, however FYI
On my 2019 along with the fuses located in the Box in the bedroom area, there are additional fuses located behind the fridge in the access panel area outside the coach. Not sure if that helps, but there are 2 lotions that contain fuses for the different orations of the fridge. My fridge issues occurred with the components accessed outside.

Similar problem: I have a 2019 NORCOLD N7V fridge that quit yesterday. The freezer kept working but the fridge remained warm. Checked the thermister - resistance checked good at three different temperatures. No error codes and it didn't matter if the trailer was on gas or shore power. Good thing for coolers and ice to keep everything from spoiling.

Today (13 hours later) the fridge is working again on both gas and shore power. Called NORCOLD - they told me to call the dealer. Dealer can't help unless it isn't working. Catch 22.

BTW I "force" the fridge to run on propane when plugged into shore power by pulling the plug in the back.

We had the same problem ... it was an 8 amp fuse located in the back of the fridge ... in the vent side ... thankfully there was a schematic diagram inside the vent compartment which helped my hubby figure it out ...
