Onan exhaust resonator or Gen-Turi

Greetings, has anyone installed on their FR3 either an Onan exhaust resonator or one of the Camco Gen-Turi portable exhaust systems? On one hand, I'd like to further quiet the RV QG 4000 on our 30DS and second, perhaps see to getting the exhaust pipe re-routed to not vent under the dinette/couch slide. Thanks for any suggestions.

Purchased Venturi from CW. I re routed the exhaust using off the shelf pipes from auto zone to connect to a Venturi so I could get around the slide. Mostly only used it twice at rallies with no power and tightly parked sites. It doesn't quiet the sound but definitely moves the exhaust st8t up. I'll see if I can find the photos of the connected parts and repost. Pics were posted on here over a year ago.

Not a great picture but it shows the extended pipes. In this pic I used an old bag chair frame to hold up. Later I added pressure apply suction handles to hang the uprights to the side of the coach. There are two pieces in the extension. A right 45, a str8t pipe to connect to the Venturi. Pipes are held together with pins so they can be easily taken apart. An be stored in e same bag the Venturi comes with.

I did purchase the Cummins Onan exhaust resonator. After installing it really made no difference whatsoever to the noise inside or outside the coach. Several of us could not tell a difference with or without it. So save your $35.

Yeah, the noise isn't coming from the exhaust. After working on the gen this weekend, if you crawl up underneath, you 'll see a giant hole right where the bottom of the muffler is. And it'll be blowing out hot air. Don't do the mod thinking it'll be quieter would be my position. I'll also have to thinking about re-routing the exhaust based on some future events we're going to.
