Outside TV

Hello
I have a 2016 FR3, We love it. Haven't have any issue up and tell now.
Recently I went to turn on our outside TV and the picture will not come on, The Sound is there but no picture. Has anyone had this problem and do you know of a quick fix. If I have to replace the TV how do we get it off the mount? THANKS

I believe if you lift up the tv will come off the bracket.

Here's what FR told me when I asked a question about TV removal on our '16 30DS.
"With the outside TV start by lifting up and toward you from the bottom of the TV. You should feel it release, once it releases, then raise it like you are putting your hands above your head. For the bedroom TV, you should be able to access the screws from the bottom of the TV." Hope this helps.

I had this problem of audio, but no video on certain channels. I contacted Furrion and they sent me a software update by e-mail. You can download the file to a USB Drive and update the TV. The update fixed it. The outside TV just lifts up and comes off the mount with just the plug, tv cable and audio cable to be unplugged. I remove mind every winter for safe keeping. Good Luck!
