Recall

I received a letter from FR stating that they are recalling the front shade on the windshield
Apparently some have just come down while you are driving
So called my dealer and he knew nothing about it but will be looking into it
Has anyone else heard of this recall

Received my recall letter last week, my problem is the shade doesn't go down so will get it repaired under recall. Have an appointment at dealer next week to repair.

I got a letter too. Big problem if it rolls down while driving.

I had a front shade issue with my 2019 30DS while bringing it home from the dealer. Stopped for the night, put the shade down no problem.

Next morning, the shade went up about 1/3 of the way, then fell to the dash. Tried again, and it went about 2/3 of the way before falling all the way to the dash. Then I rolled it up by hand, and . . . it crashed to the dash [emoji20] Tried once more, and it stayed up.

I continued home, 350 miles, just waiting for it to fall as I drove. Thankfully, it stayed up. Notified the dealer, who said they would have FR ship me a new shade, but it never arrived. Tried calling them a couple more times and gave up.

Now, searched by VIN, and FR says 'no recalls'!
