Removing inside light covers

I have a 1 month old 2017 30 DS FR3 and would like to clean out the inside light covers. Can anyone tell me the trick to getting the covers off?

Since there are about 3 dozen kinds of lights used in TT's, perhaps a photo of the specific one you have would help.

If your lights are the same as the 2015 models.......

I modified a paint can opener by filing it to be as wide as the slot on the side of the light lens. Then you can get just a little bit of grip on the inside edge of the cover to pop it off.

A thin knife blade will usually insert along the lens easily enough to pop them loose.
The outer trim (usually white) although it appears to have tabs /notches to pry from, does not come off on the ones in our 5th wheel. (not easily, it can be broken)

KRas, you have the same lights as me. I'm referring to the slots on the side that you can see in your picture. The slight hook on the modified paint opener is just enough to pull the cover from the base enough to free the cover from the little plastic tab.

I have the same. I just pinch the sides and it comes right out.
