Replacement thermostat

Just wondering if anyone has changed there thermostat and fixed the problem of it coming on just once and then never again!

It came with the unit ....no name on it but it works a suburban furnace

Can’t send a picture because of poor wifi but it came with the unit and operates a suburban furnace

Should be a Dometic thermostat.

Yes I do the heat only came on once and never again like a lot of folks problems.Thinking it might be the thermostat but am wondering if I changed it to lock down after one go if that’s possible!

I believe its a four wire also.
