Roof Air doesn't cycle

Purchased new 2019 FR3 33ds. On both roof airs the fans never cycle on off. I can hear the compressors turn on and off but the fan doesn't. Is this normal on the new stuff?

My thermostat has a fan on and fan auto position. Is yours set to on or auto? On will not cycle auto will.

Is your coach thermostat set to "Fan-ON" or "Fan-AUTO"? If "On", it would let them run all the time, where "auto" would cycle them with the compressor.

Or are you saying the fan is not coming on at all?

We have a 2019 30DS and our fans run all the time as well. I have the fan set to auto on the thermostats but that appears to only control the fan speed. I've been looking online to see if there is another setting that will allow the fans to turn off.

did some digging

Sorry I took so long to get back.
I called Atwood to verify what was going on.
According to their tech support the roof air I have does not cycle the fan.
Model AC-1511
Told that the compressor would cycle, which it does, but the fan runs continuously unless power is removed, turned off.
I asked if it would matter if it stayed on for 2 weeks straight and was told that is the way it was designed.
The only good thing about it running, though this is quieter than the others,I don't have to keep readjusting the tv volume.
Thanks for everyone's help.
