RV Airflow System for AC

Has anyone installed the "RV Airflow System" in their FR3, and if so, do you find it works like they say and provides more air through the ducts and was it worth the cost?

just curious,

thanks

It works very well. I would assume the purchased mod is just as nice

Thanks for the reply. You say you did a mod yourself, did you make that orange sheet or purchase it? Can you provide a little more installation info?

thanks again!

here is a bunch of videos you can watch and get ideas from
you can buy the insulation boards from Homedepot or Lowes
https://www.google.com/search?client...onditioner+mod

Get the proper air conditioner tape... silvery metallic tape that has paper you peel off the sticky part

and while you are at it look for air leaks around slides etc
no use improving air flow if you loose it through poorly fitting panels/windows etc

That orange piece was 3d printed and it’s shocking how well the air flows thru the vents by doing this mod. I believe I saved the model on Thingiverse.

Is the 3D file available for download? I believe my local library has a 3D printer.

thanks
