It really all depends on what your fancy is.

Bluewater Key in Key West has been the absolute must luxurious (and expensive) stays that we've had at $200/night. But we had a waterfront site one time. Both times have had tiki huts and the second time, the tiki hut was bigger than my 42' camper AND as well adorned. We spent next to no time actually inside.

You asked about "RV Parks", so I assume you're not asking about the "most beautiful" places we've stayed, but rather the "fanciest". For us, that would be Las Vegas Motorcoach Resort. Huge sites, with nice amenities, and good privacy.

Each one has their +and - that we have stayed at. Some we have been to two or more times. But each was great for us in the resorts own way.

These are some of the resorts we have been to not in any order of preference.

Anchor Down, Dandridge TN, Sunnybrook RV Resort, South Haven MI, Lake Osprey RV Resort Elberta AL, Indigo Bluffs Resort Empire MI, James Island City Park Charleston SC.

Some will disagree but we have always enjoyed Ocean Lakes in Myrtle Beach. (In the off season).

Mile of Ocean Front, Water Park, Activities, Huge.......... And everything Myrtle Beach has to offer.

Location Location Location.............. less than two hours from Wilmington NC, and all he history and all numerous Micro Breweries.

Only been to 3 "RV parks" so far;

Gettysburg Campground
American Heritage RV park (Williamsburg, VA)
Otter Lake (Poconos, PA)

Although all were well run and clean, we enjoyed Otter Lake the most, as it was deep down in the fall when we went, and using their indoor pool and hot tub after hiking out in cold was great.

American Heritage was a beautiful park, but their outdoor pool was out of service our entire visit.

Ambassador RV resort in Caldwell Idaho. Big spots. Paved road. Nice pool. We were there for the HDT rally last summer. Click image for larger version

RV parks

We avoid RV parks and prefer to camp, but sometimes you really need an RV Park with lots of amenities or to be close to a main attraction. Here are the three I would recommend:

Cherry hill in Washington DC
French Quarter RV in NEw Orleans
Liberty Harbor in Jersey City across from Manhattan

The trend for these was to be close to an urban tourist area. We walked to the French Quarter, walked to the subways to Manhattan and DC.
