Satellite feed

unable to get satilite signal through the park cable hook up.

Nope, the park cable connection typically has splitters and sometimes A-B switches inline that won't let the "powered" signal from a satellite receiver pass through to the dish.

You need what is commonly referred to as a " home run" from the dish to the receiver. Many R/Vs have such a connection right next to the cable connection.

If you want to use the park cable port for the sat antenna this might help. Back and front of similar panel most likely you have. Also see post #5.

If applicable instead of post #4.

You don't say what sat receiver you have but if it's a wally and you have one of these selector boxes remove the cable input coax and connect to the Wally. The Wally does not have a coax output to go back to the selector box so will have to use the HDMI to TV for HD viewing or RCA output with a modulator and coax back to the selector box cable port for TV SD viewing. If you don't have this selector box this is a moot post.

disconnected park cable from splitter and connected to satellite. it now works great.
