Don't know what seat you have, but here's what works on my 2019 Georgetown GT 5.
With the armrest up--push in at the hinge point while moving the arm back and forth a small amount. At some point you will feel your armrest move IN a small amount. then put the armrest down to see if it reset the level. It took me several tries ( maybe 10 ) before it went down to the level I wanted. On some tries the armrest would move in when about half way down.
How to do this came from customer service at F R . It worked on mine this morning.
