Question Slideout Woes

This AM when extending the Bedroom Slide, it only runs the rear (right) motor. This led to it being out 4" on the rear and still flush on the front side (left). The "IN" button does not function at all. I switched the controllers (drivers side slide to passengers side) with no change. It is connected to shore power and have run the Gen with no difference. There are NO fault codes showing at all during this process.
I have tried the internal buttons on the controller (reset, etc.) with no affect to the problem. It "feels like" there might be a loose connector on the left motor but I hesitate to start ripping the interior down yet.

The System is Powergear M2-Sync Room Slideout System.

Thanks in advance for any ideas, the Wife wants to put a FOR SALE sign in the window!

Repost your question on the FR3 sub forum.

Slides are unique to each RV model & year.

I had a problem with mine while it was still under warranty. But I have a cable slide.
