I copied this from "Just Answer" web site. I hope that it helps.

"This could be a blown fuse, failed step motor or control box.

Check all your fuses to start off, you should have an interior fuse box and a box that contains the chassis fuses, get a 12 volt test light and probe each fuse for power.

Next what you can do is jump power to the step motor direct, you should be able to make the step run in and out. Get a 12 volt battery and some small insulated wires. Unplug the motor leads from the control box and jump power to the motor, if nothing happens reverse the jumper wires and the step should move, if it does not move bad motor, try taping the motor as well, sometimes they can build up condensation inside and start to rust.

IF the step moves jumping power and all your fuses are good and you have DC voltage going into the control box (near the motor) then the control box is the problem. Pretty much have to isolate the problem.

Hope this points you in the right direction."

Actually, the step power fuse is a 25amp inline fuse directly off a coach battery stud on an FR3.
