Vent Fan - For the South

Living in the South, we may not get to leverage a vent fan as much as other Central and Western climates... We have some nice Fall weather, but Sring can be a constant dusting of pollen.

I think we would use it a couple of times a year or if someone puts a bad odor into the FR3...

Has anyone used this fan? Is it a good solution? Just looking for a simple fan that I can turn off and on manually. And how do I hook up the electrical if I want it in the main cabin?

Regards,

Grotto

I took a tour of the factory last month. I was told the 2015 models will come prewired for vent fans. I am also planning on using the vortex fans in the existing vents. I don.t like the option of breaking the roof seal to install fantastic fans. Look at amazon for reviews of the vortex fans. There are quite a few reviews there. The reliability seems a bit spotty but i can always return a defective fan as opposed to having to replace the entire vent. I plan on using the adjustable fan model in my home when it arrives.
