Yep my 1 year old Sureflo did the same thing this year, sounded fine and all valves open but no water. Took the pump apart and found the diaphram and a valve had just enough water in it from last year to freeze and crack it.
Hang on to the old pump, sometimes you may be able to salvage parts for future repair. It's the only thought that made me feel better having to replace my almost new pump this year!

We had the problem with no water when flushing corrected at our dealer... Or so we thought. We went camping with full hook ups last weekend, and dang toilet still wouldn't run water to flush. Had to use a cup of water again. DH thinks there must be something blocking the actual water flow because the kitchen sink didn't work either. He removed the screens and cleaned them out and then it worked fine the entire trip. Hope he can fix the toilet issue, because I'm not a fan of not using enough water when flushing!!

I've got a leak in the foot valve on the side of the toilet. I know it didn't freeze, never got below 60 in the coach. I really want to upgrade to a tall porcelain toilet, this one is the low-end Dometic 300. Not sure which one to get Dometic, Thetford, Aqua Magic???

You will probably have to remove the valve and clean out the debris. Might even have to do it more than once. I did on our 08 Flagstaff.

My rigs in the shop regarding no water to toilet. Services say they found some debris and still looking for some more. Technician says possibly when factory was installing the water tank they just drilled the holes and let the cuttings fall into the tank. Forest River if you are reading this you need to check your quality control.

DH cleaned out water line as suggested, thing didn't flush this well when we purchased it! One happy girl, here!

I picked up a new 2015 30DS last month. Upon delivery the water pump valve was in the wrong position but following the posts here and on the irv3 forum I had a good idea of what to expect. One thing I did do was take the aerator screen out of the kitchen and bathroom faucets and flush the fresh water tank thoroughly only using those 2 faucets. My thinking was getting any manufacturing debris out of the tanks before using the showers or toilet. One other thing I am doing is using one of the inline water filters on my fresh water hose all the time. I have not had any problems with the on board water system so far. One other thing I have discovered is how to utilize the electric hot water heater if you unit has one. Open up the water heater compartment outside and turn on the heater switch located there. Plug into 115ac and that will give you hot water. If you turn the water heater switch located on the control panel on it will over ride the electrical and revert to LP water heating.

Well finally got my FR3 after almost 4 weeks at CW. Had to wait for approval from Forest River. Don't know why it took so long. They had to replace the toilet valve and flush out the tank (Forest River are you listening?). They also had to order the valve. Now the toilet is flushing great. Hope no more problems for awhile. Next project - install a 130 Watt Solar Panel and Battery Controler to trickle charge house batteries. No inverter at this time, keeping it simple...

I'm curious if someone can post a picture of the "toilet valve" that may need cleaning out (or let me know exactly where it is). We just spent a week dry camping and there was basically no water pressure to flush the toilet. Kitchen and bath faucets seemed to have good pressure. Not sure of the shower since the campground had shower facilities.
