Maybe I missed the point, but I think the OP was discussing MPG on motor home. We have a GT 329ds and tow four down Honda CRV. Get between 6.9 and 7.3 depending on wind and hills. With now 22,000 mile on it it really feels like the engine has settled down from brake in mode and lately I've seen 7.1 to 7.3 MPG. Hoping it will even get a little better with a few more miles on it. BTW, driving 65mph.

This has made our MPG leap and we get about 12-14 MPG's on the road. However, everyone on the road hates me even fellow RVers, but I just keep chugging along at 60 mph.
Maybe I will try that 59 to 61 mph on our trip to CA in 3 weeks.

Does anyone look at the forum category they're posting in? This topic is for MOTORHOMES, not little pickups towing a trailer.

OK...You're right...But why did you post in this category? You don't have a motorhome either...LOL

We average a wee bit over 14 in our MBS 2400WS pulling 3000 pounds worth of trailer and averaging 65 mph. Our trailer must track nice because we don't seem to get much better fuel economy hauling the bicycle rack and storage platform instead.

PS: When Speedway got rid of their Gas Charge Card and wanted us to change to their MasterCard, the DW decided to get a BP branded Visa on the advise of our daughter in law. The BP card gives you cents off on your fuel purchase based on your card purchases. We saved $2.55 a gallon on our last fuel fill up of 19 gallons.

Probably averaging about 7mpg in my 2015 GT 328ts. I use the generator too (.6 gal per hour) for A/C at the start and end of my trips.

We're out in WNY (Rochester) and went to Lake george via i-90 this spring and got 7.1 towing our wrangler 4 down. My avg is a little low though from my last trip. Me and the guys took a trip to Asheville, NC and between trailer + 6 motorcycles + 6 guys & gear plus them running the generator for movies/ac/power for the 15 hours of driving kinda put a dent in my mileage numbers.

Lol. I think the OP only cares about FR3s or other F53 chassis models at best, but while we're add it, our little Honda Grom gets about 100 mpg...

Yeahhhh.. lol

The lowest it got was 5.3. But I wasn't exactly taking it easy either. Had it up around or 70for some stretches of the flats.

Triton V-10, 10k weight Leprechaun Class C 240FS. Cold air intake and 5 Star Tuning (better uphill and downhill shifting with enhanced downhill braking without using the brakes). 9 to 12 mpg when not towing my light utility trailers.
