Where to purchase Passenger Seatbelt?

Dog chewed through the passenger seat-belt while we were on our last trip... where can I purchase a direct replacement?

Forget the webbing - Post a picture of your dog!! I thought my dogs were destructive with their chewing habits, but you've got to be one committed dog to get through a seatbelt!!
