Patio

I have a 2017 Cherokee 26 TH. Was wondering how "Water Resistant" rear door is. Any help would be appreciated.

not at all. if it starts precipitating, the patio comes up... even just a drizzle.

I remember reading some time ago a similar question. Not sure IF it was a Cherokee specifically or not but FR basically said it was not weather proof, only slightly weather resistant.

I'm not sure what you are asking. The rear ramp door on my Coleman Trailblazer 26TH does not leak when closed. When open with the patio rails, the "canvas Velcro "door" will not keep rain out. One time during a sudden down poor, we quickly disassembled the patio, close the ramp door and the water drained off the ramp door into the camper. Not much to mop up, but don't like any water in the camper. So, if we suspect rain when leaving camp site, the patio is secured inside and ramp door closed.

I think they were asking about the actual doors decking.

What I'm googling appears identical to my Coleman trailblazer 26TH, so I'm still not sure. Only two doors. Ramp and front door. Got screen with canvas surrounding it to keep bugs out camper when using patio.

waterproof?

Is the problem the actual exterior material getting wet or the exterior leaking and the interior getting wet?

@Larry, there is no problem. Nothing leaks. Just mentioned that you can't leave the toy hauler door open (level with the floor to make your patio) in the rain, which is common sense anyway.
