A new 3 year old trailer? I'd be very careful. It's probably been on the lot as a 'demo' which means a lot of people have been in that trailer. They might have even used it as a rental or let employees borrow it. You're buying a rig that's got 3 year old tires and has been out in the weather with unknown preventative maintenance.
If you could get a really good price and warranty coverage, it might be worth it.

I wouldn't think that you should have many issues with it if any at all
Just heck the history behind it and the decide for your self if it is worth it.
I would think it would be a matter of the price. You certainly shouldn't be paying a new price. Tires are another concern and then what is the warranty. If it has been licensed then Forest River will consider the warranty expired. Call Forest River to confirm, just so there are no misunderstandings. Do you live close enough to the selling dealer for them to be able to take care of any issues. Is it the trailer you want? Does it fit your needs? Just because its 3 years old is not a deal breaker it depends on the answers to the above questions. I bought a 2018 Evo and have used it extensively and am very happy with it. Good luck let us know what happens. Don't ask a question then disappear. Safe Travels
