Asking Advice - EVO or Surveyor Cadet

Hi Everyone,
I am currently looking at buying a Forest River trailer and what better place to get advice is from a Forest River Forum.

I am looking at either an EVO T2050 or a Surveyor Cadet SC 226. They look basically the same with some subtle differences. Although dimensions are similar the Cadet is 153lbs lighter and hitch weight is 115lbs lighter.
If anyone has had any experience with either of these trailers can you tell what you think of them.

since you mention weights as a factor, it would help knowing what you'll be towing it with and the vehicle's specs.

Weight isn't the issue as both trailers have a GVWR of around 7500lbs. Just curious that both are near identical and there is a weight difference. the Cadet, I thought would have been heavier as the exterior is fiberglass and has a full cover underneath the chassis, where the exterior of the EVO is aluminium and no cover.
I was curious how too trailers with identical chassis', layout and equipment can have a weight difference especially when the one I thought should have been heavier is lighter.
