Brochure height?
So FR's website says that the height of my unit is 11 ft. That should also include all the crap on the roof like A/c, antenna, skylight, etc. Right?

Yes, that typically includes all things that are "standard" to the trailer. It may not include items that are "accessory", 2nd AC, satellite antenna, etc.

Measuring is easy enough if you have a helper or two. On a level surface, take a 2x4 and put a level on top of it. Extend the 2x4 from the highest point of the camper out off the edge of the camper and make sure it's level. Then have your helper measure from the 2x4 to the ground.
For instance, mine is advertised at 12' 9" and actually measured at 13' 5" - assuming the 2nd A/C accounts for the extra height.

The highest point may not be the AC.
I installed vent covers on all my vents and the front cover beats out the AC (due to roof slope) by 2 inches.
The brochure numbers are the "standard" model (which you can't actually buy) and does not include factory options (some of which are optional; but required).
The air conditioner is an "option"; but so is the smoke detectors and propane detector (for example) which are "mandatory options".

LOL, I'll be shocked if the wife ever sees the topside of my RV. Can you recruit a neighbor or friend? I got lucky and my brother-in-law came topside with me and my father-in-law manned the tape measure from the ground.

An additional method to determine your actual height restriction is to find a gas station with a marked canopy.
Since my camper 's max height measured by me to the front vent was 11' 9" I had no worries pulling under one marked 12 feet.
I was pretty shocked when the radio whip antenna on the roof (which I did not measure) broke the fluorescent tubes as I pulled in for the most expensive fill up of the trip.
That antenna is now fixed at a 45 degree angle now.
