EVO 2250 Leak under fridge

Hello, all. I recently purchased an Evo 2250 and took it out this past Memorial Day weekend and on the last day, I noticed some water coming up from the floor, under the fridge/closet. We had city water but no sewer.

Though it is under warranty, I can't get it in for two weeks and the dealer said it could take another couple weeks from there to get it fixed. That would be fine if we didn't already have a cross-country trip planned in less than that that we cannot change!

Any ideas what this may be? Could it be that the tanks were full?

Thanks for your input!

Is the fridge drain hose sticking out of the outside grill? If it's not it could be condensate from the fridge.
