Outside speakers

Ok just trying to figure out speaker size on the out side of my Evo 2850 I'm not really sure what size they are and I really would like to put better ones in there place. Is this something easy to do. Any help would be great guys thanks.

Whatever you replace them with should be weather proof.

I don't. I can take a look tomorrow when I go to storage if it helps you.

I try not to go too loud on what we listen to for courtesy of others at the camp grounds.

No worries thanks for the help. I agree don't want to have unhappy campers. Just something a little better sounding.

Take the grills off and measure. I suspect they're 4.5 inch speakers.

Output wattage of the unit is one thing to take into consideration but RMS is a better way to match a speaker to a unit.

I have a different unit, but it came with 4" speakers, I wanted 6". I had to buy Concertone, The reason is the depth of the speaker, Remember that outside wall is only 2" thick. Most outdoor speakers are deeper. Not sure whats behind yours it might not make a diff. I would have had 1 sticking through my wall on the inside. I still have the 2 4" if you want to add 2 they are yours just pay shipping.....

Yea I will pull off the grill and check next time I go to storage. Good call on the depth I didn't really think about that.
