Radio issues

Good day everyone. I have an issue with my radio anytime we plug in a cell phone via usb to one of the charging ports next to the radio or in our bedroom the stereo reception goes away. you can immediately unplug the usb cord and the reception returns to normal. This is a very annoying problem, anyone else experience this and if so how was it resolved?

I have not tried to plug the usb cord into a power brick plug and then into the outlet adjacent to the stereo to see if the problem goes away

The phone makes signals when plugged into a charger that interfere with nearby radio signals... annoying but normal. Try the separate charger in different outlets to see if you can minimize the interference.
