2014 Headlight replacement

Anyone have any success swapping the oem low/high beam bulbs for some sort of led replacement bulb?

I’ve thought the lights have been terrible since day 1 and I’ve had enough of them.

2014 Headlight replacement

We got rid of our 2016 Legacy before doing anything with the headlights. But we put these in the headlights on our new Berkshire XLT and they made a big difference. Also adjusted the headlights up more.

Only had to drive at night a couple times, and for sure the lights are useless. Many years ago my dad used to say about vehicles with bad lights, "get out with this flashlight and see if our lights are on". I felt like doing that. I will be interested to see if any suggestions work.

I personally have not done anything, anxious to see if anyone else posts.

I have a 2018 340BH and I don’t seem to have the head light issue most people have talk about. Not sure if FR upgraded the lights or I’m just lucky. Don’t drive a lot at night but do some, head lights aren’t great but not nearly as bad as others seem to be. I have a bigger issue with glare/reflection in the windows at night.

Does anyone know when they changed the head lights in the legacy? Seems the issue is with the style of light are top and bottom. My 2018 had them side by side. Click image for larger version

for the 2017 model year the front cap was redesigned and headlamp assemblies were changed to the Honda Civic 2016 a Legacy was not available. 2015 had a larger headlamp assembly similar to the Chevy Silverado style
