Awning Struts and Fabric

Two questions. My unit is a 2015 360 RB although I suspect the awnings are the same for all models of the same vintage.

1. My struts are shot. Sometimes I have to help it while opening as it stops moving out as the roller unfurls. Worse, when it’s windy the awning pushes back towards the coach and moves up and down. Does anyone know the length and strength of the struts? Is it a common part or something special ordered?

2. My fabric is coming apart. Has anyone replaced theirs? Can this be done by one person? Any recommendations on something of higher quality?

Question 1- Do you have any pics of the struts and what pound rating they are?
