Do slides settle?

2018 Legacy 340BH

First off anyone know why Forrest River stopped making the Legacy? I am in the middle of a 1600 mile, 11 day, 5 stop trip and am loving this RV. Bought it in March so still going through my learning curve and working on some small bugs, nothing too bad yet.

Question - do slides settle? My full wall slide (w/ bunks/kitchen and dinette) rear vertical panel is scrapping on the floor as it goes out. Clearance is fine when it comes in. Never did that before, last night I thought it was maybe the levelers tweaked the frame a little bit but it just did it again and I know I am level now. The roller and underneath the slide all look fine. (It doesn’t have those plates that some people got afterwards). I’m sure I could take the trim off and shave 1/2” but wondering if something else is going on. The photo is after the slide is all the way out, not contacting then. Click image for larger version

I don't really think slides settle, but when they are in going down the road that weight has to go somewhere when bouncing along. If it's not a roller making contact I would just shave a little off the slide stile so it dosn't contact the floor. When our rig was brand new I realized the washer/dryer was just suspended in air when the full wall slide was in. I mentioned it to the factory and they suggested if it became an issue to put another roller under that area, knowing full well that it would make contact with the floor. It has only made a small mark on one tile, not a big deal after 40000 miles and 5 years.
